When you upload a photo, we access and process only the specific image you choose for generation.

We do not access your entire camera roll.

Uploaded images may include facial or other personal content if provided by you.

3.2 Usage Information

Includes language preferences, session timestamps, feature usage data.

3.3 Purchase Information

Includes confirmation of subscription status or credit purchases.

3.4 Social Login Information (optional)

If you log in through a third-party platform, we may receive your name, alias, or identifier as permitted by your settings.

3.5 Device Data

Includes OS version, device model, screen resolution, advertising ID, IP region (not precise GPS location).

3.6 Online Activity Data

Includes app screens viewed, navigation patterns, interaction history.

  • Processing uploaded content through internal or third-party AI infrastructure to fulfill image generation requests.

  • Fulfilling legal obligations.
  • Creating anonymized statistical data (without personal identifiers).

We do not use your uploaded photos or face-related content for advertising, profiling, or AI model training.

  • Service providers, including hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, payment processors, and customer support providers, strictly limited to performing services on our behalf.

Uploaded images, prompts, and related technical data may be temporarily transmitted to third-party AI or cloud infrastructure solely for the purpose of processing your generation request.

We do not use uploaded photos or face-related content for advertising or AI model training.

6. Face Data and Facial Images

This section is provided to comply with platform privacy requirements.

6.1 What Face Data We Collect

When you upload an image that includes a face, we may process the image solely for the purpose of generating the artistic transformation or AI-generated result you requested.

We do not collect or retain:

  • facial geometry;
  • biometric identifiers;
  • facial templates;
  • feature maps;
  • face embeddings.

We do not perform identification, authentication, facial recognition, or tracking based on faces.

6.2 Why We Use Face Data

Face-related image content is used solely to:

  • process uploaded images correctly for AI generation;
  • apply transformations, filters, or effects properly;
  • generate the output image requested by the user.

Face-related content is never used for recognition, verification, profiling, advertising, or AI model training.

6.3 Face Data Storage and Retention

Temporary Storage of Uploaded Photos

Original uploaded images are retained only for the limited time necessary to complete the requested generation process.

This temporary processing period may range from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the selected generation workflow.

We delete original uploaded photos from our systems as soon as processing is completed, unless temporary retention is technically required to complete the requested service.

This temporary retention is necessary to:

  • upload the image for processing;
  • perform the requested transformation;
  • deliver the final generated result.

Retention of Output Images

Only the final generated result remains in your account if and only if you choose to save it.

You may delete generated images at any time.

Deleting your account permanently deletes all retained generated results associated with your account.

6.4 Third Parties and Face Data

Do we share face-related images or personal content?

Yes, only when necessary to fulfill the AI generation request you initiated.

Depending on the selected feature, uploaded images that may contain faces, prompts, and related technical processing data may be temporarily processed through third-party AI or cloud infrastructure providers, including Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, and ByteDance cloud services.

Do third parties retain this data?

We require third-party service providers to process data only as necessary to fulfill the requested service and in accordance with their applicable privacy and security obligations.

Do we use face-related content for AI training?

No.

We do not use uploaded photos, facial content, or prompts to train our own AI systems.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies to analyze app usage, improve performance, and support app functionality.

You can limit certain tracking permissions in your device settings, although some features may be affected.

8. Your Rights

You may:

  • request deletion of generated images;
  • request deletion of your account;
  • revoke app permissions at any time;
  • opt out of marketing communications where applicable;
  • limit advertising tracking through your device settings.

9. Data Retention

  • Original uploaded photos: retained only temporarily during processing;
  • Biometric identifiers: not collected or retained;
  • Saved generated output: retained until deleted by the user;
  • Other personal data: retained only as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations.
