Subscription & BillingWhat are the benefits of a Tooner AI Pro subscription?Upgrading to Pro unlocks the full potential of the app:

How do I cancel my subscription?Subscriptions are managed directly through your Apple ID and the App Store. To cancel:
- Open your device's Settings app.
- Tap on change subscriptions.
- Select cancel subscription.
- Find Tooner AI in the list and tap on it.
- Choose Cancel Subscription.
You can also cancel through the link in the app's Settings menu under "Manage Subscription," which will redirect you to the correct page in your App Store settings.
Will I keep my Pro benefits until the end of the billing cycle?Yes. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again, but you will retain all Pro features until that date.
How can I request a refund?All payments for subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests, you need to contact Apple Support directly. You can do this by visiting
reportaproblem.apple.com, signing in with your Apple ID, and reporting the specific issue with your Tooner AI purchase.
Restoring PurchasesWhat does "Restore Purchases" do?The "Restore Purchases" feature synchronizes your existing Pro subscription with the app on your current device. Use this if you:
- Reinstalled the Tooner AI app.
- Purchased a new iPhone or iPad.
- See the app acting as if you don't have an active subscription.
How do I restore my purchase?- Open the Tooner AI app.
- Go to the Settings menu (usually represented by a gear icon).
- Tap on Subscription or Manage Subscription.
- Tap the Restore Purchases button.
- Wait a few seconds for the process to complete. A confirmation message will appear.
Why is "Restore Purchases" not working?If the restore function doesn't find your subscription, please check the following:
- Apple ID: Ensure you are signed into the App Store with the exact same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription.
- Internet Connection: A stable internet connection is required.
- Active Status: Confirm that your subscription is still active in your App Store settings.
Does restoring purchases also restore my credits?No. Restoring purchases reactivates your
Pro subscription status and the associated benefits (like weekly credit allocations), but it does not recover any unspent credits from a previous period. Your weekly credit allowance will continue as normal.
Credit SystemWhat are credits and how do they work?Credits are the in-app "currency" used to perform AI operations. Each action, like generating an image from text or applying a style to a photo, consumes a certain number of credits.
How much do different actions cost?

- Object Removal from a Photo: 5 credits

How do I get more credits?With an active
Tooner AI Pro subscription, you automatically receive
100 credits every week. These credits are refreshed weekly; unused credits do not roll over to the next week. Free users can obtain credits through periodic promotions or by upgrading to Pro.
Privacy & Data SecurityWhat happens to my photos and face data?Your privacy is our top priority. We have designed our system to be both powerful and respectful of your data:
- We Do Not Perform Facial Recognition: We do not collect, store, or use your facial data to create a unique template or map of your face.
- Photos are for Processing Only: The photos you upload are used solely as a source image to generate your requested artwork.
- Immediate Deletion: The original photos you upload are deleted immediately from our servers after the AI generation process is complete.
- You Control the Output: The only data we retain are the final processed images (the "results") that you explicitly choose to save within your account.
Are my images shared with third parties?To provide the AI generation service, your uploaded photo is temporarily sent to our trusted, secure cloud servers and may be processed by industry-leading AI models from providers like
OpenAI (ChatGPT), Kling, and Flux. These providers act as our "Service Providers" and are legally bound to process your data only on our behalf and for the sole purpose of generating your image. They do not retain your data for their own independent use.
Where is my information stored?All data processing and storage occurs on our secure servers. We do not store your original photos. Only the final AI-generated images you save are kept in your secure account.
Using the AppWhat devices are supported?Tooner AI is available for iPhone and iPad. It requires iOS 17.0 or later.
Are my created images saved?
Yes, the final AI-generated images that you choose to save are stored within your Tooner AI account. They will remain there until you decide to delete them or until you delete your account.
